Global Entrepreneur

Water4Gas is an experimental technology based on splitting water on board a vehicle, and using the resulting gases (Hydrogen and Oxygen) to boost the efficiency of its combustion.

It is a Do-It-Yourself technology, specifically designed for beginners with no special tools and very limited budgets. A working system can be built at home with basic hand tools for $20-$100, installed in minutes and removed in seconds. No modifications to the engine, computer or fuel injection systems, so any backyard mechanic can install it easily.

The technology is over 100 years old. However Ozzie Freedom, alongside Mr. Bill Lang of Gulf Laboratories, Florida, have raised it from the dead and developed a simple structure based on very-low-cost hardware. Although there are many hydrogen generating designs out there, they have achieved a design which is the simplest, the safest for the beginner, and the most affordable.

The effects of this technology is lowered emissions and improved mileage, simply due to a better and more complete combustion. Poor combustion in modern internal combustion engines causes efficiency of 20% at best. Instead of being converted to forward motion, gasoline energy is mainly converted to pollution and carbon deposits (unburned fuel), as well as heat (global warming), vibration and noise (knocking/pinging).

With improved performance, the engine steam-cleans itself every day, and the resulting effect is smoother and quieter operation. It throws less toxins out and adds Oxygen to the atmosphere. This activity is highly pro-survival, both economically and environmentally.

Ozzie's aim is not to run cars on water alone but to enhance gasoline use - and open the door and the mind to the possibilities of water-fuel technology. For many of Water4Gas clients, significant economy gains inflicts a revelation that something can be done about it, while for others it is a life changing factor.

Ozzie's and Mr. Lang's major contribution was not of inventing a complexity, but rather creating a simplification that nobody has achieved before in the old/new industry of water-fuel.

"Our mission is to use the SC™ to facilitate all people with computer technology, by greatly simplifying existing computer technology (including the Internet) through solving and eliminating the all-too-common problems of computer viruses, bugs, errors and overall complexity.

"We also support the charitable causes of educational and social reform, saving the environment and religious freedom for all."

This non-profit organization is founded under the umbrella of the National Heritage Foundation. Achieved the status of an official non-profit foundation in 25 April, 2003 (Foundation Number F11632).

Most old-school IT professionals treat this young invention with disbelief, because they lack understanding of the ghastly errors done during the development phases of today's computers - and are unaware of the solutions available today to improve the scene. Designed and built a website for presenting and selling online the fine art of Shlomo Zadok, an acclaimed photographic artist. This website contains hundreds of html pages in six theme-based galleries.

The website uses a full-featured Java-based shopping cart. This shopping cart does not take online credit card payments; yet it is most suitable for the artist’s needs. There is no third-party merchant involved, so he can keep a full 100% of the proceeds - while a third-party merchant account would have cost him 7.5-9.0% of each sale.

Designed, authored and built a website for own business of classical e-books CD. Took famous classics and reinvented them with graphics and music, offering personalization options for children’s gifts; e.g., "Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland" turns to "Stacey’s Adventures in Wonderland". Site includes 1,000 classic e-books and a few self authored educational e-books.

Designed, authored and built a bi-lingual contents rich website for selling own science fiction novel e-book. Site also promotes humanitarian social change activities for peace in the Middle East. Professional Experience in Technical Writing & Translating

Compiled, edited and handled almost exclusively the production of 20 highly complex technical and training manuals in Hebrew and English, containing thousands of text and graphic pages, for the world's most sophisticated aeronautical radar imaging system and other hi-hi-tech projects. Manual sizes ranged from "only" 400 to 750 pages, but many 1000's of book pages were coordinated as of uniformity of nomenclature, contact adaptability, information security and other aspects.

Exposed to management many troublesome points in the literature and system which could have caused problems concerning operation of the system by the customers. Earned high regard with upper management as a result.

Wrote technical manuals for the radar, electronics warfare and communications industry. Wrote specialized operation manuals for Israeli Air Force pilots.

Produced ten 400-page manuals on Microsoft Word. Remained a loyal employee until company’s closing.

Wrote, translated from Hebrew, edited and produced more than 20 technical manuals in English for ELTA Electronics Industries’ radar, electronics warfare and communications export industries. Managed team of 7 employees in production of typing, graphics and printing. Utilized Word Perfect 5.2 and Macintosh software packages.

The project involved organization and administration of thousands of highly complex and intricate sub-products, in all phases of production from writing, editing, proofing, layout, design and photography to printing. Coordinated team under severely tight budgets, time management and scheduling necessary to maintain operation at all times.

Produced technical courses including the design and production of syllabuses, instruction manuals and more than 1,000 transparencies. Remained a loyal employee until company’s closing.

Professional Experience in Engineering & Management

Developed and produced automation systems for security gates. Managed security gates production and delivery for installation in Capetown. Invented a special gate mechanism which provided for the highest quality and lowest priced automated gate available in Capetown, enabling the company to beat the competition.

Set up a DOS based 5 terminal PC network and built a database categorizing 5,000 articles of inventory. Trained computer illiterate staff of 15 on the finished system for efficient use in sales and marketing and organized them for increased production.

Completed project and finished training of personnel to successful operation.

Manufactured, sold and maintained IBM compatible PCs. Invented, developed, built, sold and serviced computerized industrial machines for the tannery, shoe industries and others. Maintained and upgraded metal industry’s robotics and industrial machines and their control units. Performed many types of electronics troubleshooting, including audio visual, robotics and industrial. Also did PLC setup and programming.

Hired and worked with up to 7 technicians and Turbo Pascal programmers at a time.

Gained reputation and recognition for troubleshooting intricate, highly complex machinery successfully where other experienced professionals had failed.

Serviced computerized gas and liquid chromatography, spectrophotography and vacuum equipment for the medical, food and petrol industries. Left company to open own business (not related to ISI's clients).

Designed military radar test equipment. Administered and liaisoned all phases of the manufacturing process, integrating each department’s individual components production to bring about the finished product; within budgets, scheduling and time management. Monitored up to 20 juniors’ work in so doing.

Produced the finished working test equipment within the limits of time and budget by collaborating with others closely, administering all in the areas of design, graphics, testing and quality control.

Left the company for a desired position with direct customer contact.

Maintained APQ-120 Airborne Radar Systems in a large squadron of F4-E (Phantom) jet fighters. Job involved maintaining the equipment at O-level (Organizational), I-level (Intermediate) and D-level (Depot).

Managed and trained ground crew and new recruits of up to 10 soldiers. Was given responsibility to teach them to read and implement standard American English technical manuals due to superior language skills and previous teaching experience. Tasks needed to be done under threatening wartime conditions with severe budget and time restrictions and manpower shortages of up to 80%.

Demonstrated extraordinary ability to observe and take responsibility for potential failures of equipment due to lack of qualified, trained personnel and thus shortage of tools and test equipment in the D-level. Therefore earned promotion to the D-level outside of standard promotional procedure.

The promotion was earned when the shortage of supplies compelled me to invent special tools and build a test bench. When the Division Commander discovered it, I showed him that it had been absolutely necessary in order to reach the quota of jet fighters needed for battle. He then had the invention documented, submitted it to the IAF (Israeli Air Force) and it became an official Technical Order (T.O.). Therefore, their existing McDonnell-Douglas standards of operating procedure were enhanced, which they had previously been unable to follow due to enormous shortages of manpower, resources and time. The test bench was very inexpensive to make and could be produced by any squadron locally.

Instructor of model airplane aerodynamics, theory, mechanics, fuel systems and flying techniques. Achieved successful work experience from the age of 13, as an Instructor of 15 to 20 other adolescent boys, after 1 year of training in the Club in 1970.

Was chosen as Instructor at age 13 due to demonstration of superior learning skills and ability to apply what was learned.
