Global Entrepreneur

Founder, Developer and CEO, Author
Water4Gas
Sunland, California, USA
www.Water4Gas.com
2006-2009

Ozzie Freedom with the Water4Gas diesel carWater4Gas is an experimental technology based on splitting water on board a vehicle, and using the resulting gases (Hydrogen and Oxygen) to boost the efficiency of its combustion.

It is a Do-It-Yourself technology, specifically designed for beginners with no special tools and very limited budgets. A working system can be built at home with basic hand tools for $20-$100, installed in minutes and removed in seconds. No modifications to the engine, computer or fuel injection systems, so any backyard mechanic can install it easily.

The technology is over 100 years old. However Ozzie Freedom, alongside Mr. Bill Lang of Gulf Laboratories, Florida, have raised it from the dead and developed a simple structure based on very-low-cost hardware. Although there are many hydrogen generating designs out there, they have achieved a design which is the simplest, the safest for the beginner, and the most affordable.

The effects of this technology is lowered emissions and improved mileage, simply due to a better and more complete combustion. Poor combustion in modern internal combustion engines causes efficiency of 20% at best. Instead of being converted to forward motion, gasoline energy is mainly converted to pollution and carbon deposits (unburned fuel), as well as heat (global warming), vibration and noise (knocking/pinging).

With improved performance, the engine steam-cleans itself every day, and the resulting effect is smoother and quieter operation. It throws less toxins out and adds Oxygen to the atmosphere. This activity is highly pro-survival, both economically and environmentally.

Ozzie's aim is not to run cars on water alone but to enhance gasoline use - and open the door and the mind to the possibilities of water-fuel technology. For many of Water4Gas clients, significant economy gains inflicts a revelation that something can be done about it, while for others it is a life changing factor.

Ozzie's and Mr. Lang's major contribution was not of inventing a complexity, but rather creating a simplification that nobody has achieved before in the old/new industry of water-fuel.

Ozzie has authored a set of very informative, no-secrets-held books, as well as a set of DVD's following these books, all based on his own experimenting and development, that teach EVERYTHING about the technology and how to manufacture it.

By 2009 Ozzie's books and DVD's sold nearly 60,000 copies, and have become the all-time bestsellers in the industry. 1000's of independent manufacturers and installers have registered to learn from Ozzie how to make and distribute the technology in their states and countries, thereby creating a global array of businessmen bringing simple and affordable water-fuel technology to the world. The generous commission structure and good customer support by Ozzie and his staff has created a skyrocketing popularity of the product and the technology.

All in all, Water4Gas has become a buzzword for practicality and affordability. Ozzie's policy is to guide the reader toward a mindset of an experimenter rather than a driver that takes things for granted. He teaches his readers and affiliates that something can be done about gas prices, pollution and global warming, and they gladly take an active role - and help to spread the word.

Daily requests arrive from business people around the world, as well as inventors inspired by this success, requesting Ozzie to work with them to advance their goals and purposes. He helps and gives guidance and advice as much as humanly possible. Also he helps bridging the gap between investors and inventors, as well as between inventors/developers seeking to complement their own technologies with supporting ones (such as a link created between an English inventor of fuel cell and an American inventor of pure-hydrogen generator, and linking another water-fuel inventor to money he needed to bring his watercar technology to the truck market).

Thus Water4Gas has emerged and evolved in a short span of time from a small home-based business into a global junction for water-fuel technologies, inspiration and leadership.

    To Whom It May Concern:

Re: Eyal Siman-Tov - Letter Of Recommendation

Click here to read letterMr. Eyal Siman-Tov has been employed as a Technical Writer in the Imaging Division, at Elta, from the year 1998 until March 2001. Employment was terminated on the initiation of Mr. Eyal Siman-Tov for personal reasons, by notification well in advance of his actual departure, as required. As far as Elta is concerned, we would be glad to continue the employment of Mr. Siman-Tov for an unlimited time.

During the 3 1/2 years in which Mr. Siman-Tov operated at the Imaging Division, he was found to be a dependable, dedicated and responsible worker. During this period he compiled, edited and handled, almost exclusively, the production of about 20 technical manuals in Hebrew and in English, containing thousands of text and graphic pages. Those manuals, dealing with a very complex and advanced system, covered the scope of subjects concerning the system, including; technical description, maintenance, operation, etc.

During his work, Mr. Siman-Tov has redefined the duties and the method of operation of a Technical Writer in the project, in relation to everything we have known in the past. One unique aspect in the work of Mr. Siman-Tov was his ability to build the technical material independently, out of pieces of information and focused questions and this with minimal requirement for the engineering staff's time. Another unique aspect of his work was expressed by feedback to the project, from the power of his observation and the systematical methods of Mr. Siman-Tov's work. As part of the writing process, Mr. Siman-Tov exposed, more than once, non-coherent points in the system's design, and in the operation and maintenance concepts. The questions and remarks of Mr. Siman-Tov aided the technical team and brought about a better product.

In the interpersonal plane, Mr. Siman-Tov was discovered to be a listening person, comfortable and friendly, whom is pleasant to work with. He merged well in the organizational and social weave of the Division and was appreciated as someone that can be counted on for his help, even on subjects that are not in the scope of his declared responsibility.

We sorrowfully respect the decision of Mr. Siman-Tov to retire from his work at Elta, and wish him the best of luck wherever he goes.

Radar Service Engineer and Team Commander
    Israeli Air Force
    Hazerim Airbase, Israel
    www.iaf.org.il
    1976-1981

Maintained APQ-120 Airborne Radar Systems in a large squadron of F4-E (Phantom) jet fighters. Job involved maintaining the equipment at O-level (Organizational), I-level (Intermediate) and D-level (Depot).

APQ-120Managed and trained ground crew and new recruits of up to 10 soldiers. Was given responsibility to teach them to read and implement standard American English technical manuals due to superior language skills and previous teaching experience. Tasks needed to be done under threatening wartime conditions with severe budget and time restrictions and manpower shortages of up to 80%.

Demonstrated extraordinary ability to observe and take responsibility for potential failures of equipment due to lack of qualified, trained personnel and thus shortage of tools and test equipment in the D-level. Therefore earned promotion to the D-level outside of standard promotional procedure.

The promotion was earned when the shortage of supplies compelled me to invent special tools and build a test bench. When the Division Commander discovered it, I showed him that it had been absolutely necessary in order to reach the quota of jet fighters needed for battle. He then had the invention documented, submitted it to the IAF (Israeli Air Force) and it became an official Technical Order (T.O.). Therefore, their existing McDonnell-Douglas standards of operating procedure were enhanced, which they had previously been unable to follow due to enormous shortages of manpower, resources and time. The test bench was very inexpensive to make and could be produced by any squadron locally.
